Things we want:

  1. Freedom. Transgender people have the right to exist.
  2. Right to Work. No discrimination in the workplace based on identified gender.
  3. Gender Education. Transgender, intersex, and non-binary should be taught in schools.
  4. Gender Affirming Care Medical Access. Access to hormones and surgeries are necessary to save lives.
  5. Right to be identified as announced gender. Transgender people's pronouns should be used whereever gender pronouns are normally used.
  6. Right to Government Documents with Self-Identified Gender.
  7. Right to Public and Private Spaces. Trans people have the right to use bathroom of the gender we identify as in order to be safe, all my with access to stores, schools, etc.
  8. Anti-discrimnation laws. Trans people must not be discriminated against, such as by denying funding to schools, support lines, and healthcare facilities based on if they support transgender people.Transgender people must not be discriminated against in court systems either.
  9. Label Trans Homicide as Hate Crimes
  10. Rights to Privacy. Transgender people must be able to seal their old name so it’s not publicly available, and privately available only with consent.
  11. Rights to common decency. Transgender people must not be deadnamed or misgendered intentionally.

What We Believe:

  1. Many governments actively deny that transgender people do not exist.
  2. Transgender people must be protected from work discrimination.
  3. The public is generally unaware of transgender history, why people identify as trans, and transition information.
